Replace VLC icon with an image/icon (movies for example)

Hello everyone,

Do you know if it's possible to change the VLC plot icon for just one file, please? I would like to do this for a single file, without changing the icon for all the other files (videos) that have the VLC plot icon, which I know is possible ;).
I have searched many forums and I have never found the solution! The only solution was to create a folder and change the folder icon by placing the movie inside it...

Do you see what I'm trying to do?
If you want more explanations/details, please ask me, I would be happy to answer you!

We are now in 2015, soon 2016, I still think that today a method works for this problem, right? :D

    Hello,

    You simply create a shortcut for the game and then you can put whatever icon you want...

      Hello Fermiparadox! But... But but it's so simple!!! I mean seriously?! Why has not a single individual out of millions had this idea? I've never seen this solution! It's brilliant. So, if I want to make, for example, a folder with movies, I put all the shortcuts of the original movies in that folder, I hide my movies in another folder and it gives me a nice gallery! Can this work on my hard drive?

      (However, there will be a small blue arrow at the bottom left of the "shortcut" on the image, but I don't think we can reduce or remove it ^^. It's not very bothersome otherwise)
