Free problem: Check xdsl / ftth connection

Hello everyone.
So here it is, I just moved into a new apartment, and I have a slight issue with my line. When I plug my Freebox into my living room, it works perfectly, everything is fine. The problem is that when I plug it into the phone socket in any other room, I get the following message: "Step 2: Check xdsl / ftth connection." I would really need your help.
