Problème suite à une actualisation de mon pc

Dans un premier temps, mise à part les jeux video, j'aimerai savoir quels programmes sont vraiment utile pour le bon fonctionnement de mon pc et lequels je dois réinstallé dans l'immédiat.
Dans un second temps, après avoir actualisé mon pc je ne peut plus lire de vidéos ou écouter de la musique que se soit sur deezer, youtube, dailymotion, windows media player ou vlc, je souhaite donc savoir si c'est un des programmes, qui a été supprimé en est responsable et qu'est ce que je doit faire pour y remédier.
