PHILIPS HTL 2160/12 Soundbar
Hello,
My PHILIPS HTL 2160/12 soundbar, purchased in December 2013, just broke down! I only use it occasionally: sports events, movies, etc. This amounts to about thirty times since I bought it. The last time I used it was ten days ago. Last night, when I tried to get it to work, nothing happened! I replaced my optical cable with RCA connectors, still nothing. I can't express my disappointment! I "invested" in a reputable brand, only to end up with a broken device after 19 months. The warranty is obviously only 1 year!
Have you ever had issues with this soundbar model?

Sorry to hear that your soundbar has broken down for no apparent reason. We'll do our best to get it working again!
Have you tried leaving it unplugged for one night?
Have you installed the available update (version 20)?
