Boulanger - lost order ??

I placed an order early this morning on Boulanger.fr for an Asus laptop/tablet, choosing in-store pickup for delivery. I paid the amount directly via Paypal and received confirmation from Paypal that the payment was successfully processed.
However, since then, I have not heard from Boulanger, there is no order confirmation, and especially when I check my personal account, I have no trace of my order (it says in Order Tracking that "You have not placed an order in the last 6 months").
It was indicated at the time of my order that I could pick up my order in-store starting at 11 AM this morning.
Has anyone ever encountered this kind of problem?
Do you know the minimum time required for in-store pickup?
Should I perhaps go directly there?
Best regards.

yes, I am concerned about this issue regarding an order placed on May 14, 2018, at which time there was supposedly an IT bug. I have no trace of my order, nor any email(s), but the amount was debited from my account.
In response, after sending my bank statement proving my good faith, Boulanger replied that the money was not deducted due to the card payment, but reserved by the bank.
My bank asserts the opposite, and I am being passed back and forth between the two. I really don't know what to do anymore.
I am afraid that the cause is lost. If anyone can help me, thank you in advance.
I'm not surprised anymore by Boulanger. This store is no longer what it used to be:
honesty, quality of work, respect for customers, and so on.
When I see the two pages of reviews here, it doesn't make me want to go back at all:

I'm a bit wary of this kind of review, as it mainly consists of the disappointed customers expressing their opinions.
Moreover, there can be quite a few differences from one store to another, depending on the quality of management.
I am an occasional customer of Boulanger. I've never had any complaints about them. The main criticism I can make is the lack of information on the labels in the aisles. It's essential to have done some research before going to buy.
Regarding the reviews, if I check the Google reviews for the store in my area, I see an average of 4 stars from 1222 reviews. Not too bad after all!
Hello
I had the same problem and they explained to me that it was a "ghost" order, it happens... and it's scary lol anyway, since I made a payment in 4 installments, I still took a screenshot of their response... contacted Oney. But in any case, since I had reported it to Boulanger (called every day multiple times) everything was invalidated... so I didn't make any more purchases because it was a huge stress, it was also for a tablet.
Hello.
The idea would be to send a letter via Registered Mail with acknowledgment of receipt, including proof of the debit from your account for the amount, and a current proof that there is nothing in your cart.
If you wait for it to come by itself, you will get nothing.
Otherwise, go to the store with the documents to make a claim.
