Hello everyone,

I have a big problem with my Ralink 802.11 n WLAN Wi-Fi USB dongle...

For no particular reason, the driver disappeared from the dongle. I tried to reinstall it on the computer. Ralink installed correctly, apparently with the driver (since it was part of the installation process). It installed correctly. I plugged the dongle back in, and Windows kept displaying the message "No driver found," as did Ralink, indicating "no driver found," despite the fact that I had installed the driver on the computer.

I then tried to do a "driver update" directly from the device manager, clicking on "search in the computer" and then going to look for it in the device installation folder. There, Windows indicated that it had "found no driver for your device"!! I performed a much broader search throughout the C:/ drive just in case... Nothing better...

What should I do?

Thank you for your responses!

Go to Start
All Programs
Accessories
Right-click on --> Command Prompt
Choose --> Run as administrator and confirm
Type these 2 commands and press enter each time:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Restart the PC.

Thank you kaneagle.

It's done but still no improvement, Ralink displays the same message and the network and sharing center still does not detect any WiFi network ("not connected - no connections available")
However, it does detect the presence of the WiFi key to try to catch a network...
I just sat down with my laptop next to the desktop, it does pick up the WiFi network from this location so it's not the network or the signal...
