Suspicion de virus besoin d aide pour rapport ZHPDiag

Bonjour,

En vue de faire La mise à jour de windows 8.1 vers windows 10 j'ai commencé par faire un sfc/scannow qui m'a donné ça:

J'ai quand même essayé de faire la mise à jour vers W10 et ça a planté 7 fois.
J'ai tenté toutes les manips possibles pour régler le problème.
