Unable to use freebox TV "bandwidth error"

Hello,
I am reaching out to you because for the past few days it has been impossible for me to watch Freebox TV since every time I try to turn on a channel it shows me "error bandwidth, insufficient bandwidth". I would like to know if any of you have encountered this problem and how you resolved it, thank you :)
