Hello,
Here is the issue I'm facing:
I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 server with the necessary roles for a single Remote Desktop Services (Windows TS) server to provide a RemoteApp application service. My server is both RD Web, RD Gateway, RD Connection Broker, and Session host.
I have a Windows 7 client on which RemoteApp access installed on the server has been "set up."
The problem is that the application does not start. After successfully authenticating (authentication successful), the system loads for about ten seconds, then an error message says, "The program did not start on the remote computer."
I know that the application is compatible with RemoteApp (I had previously succeeded in the installation on a test server).
The server seems to be correctly configured since I can share other applications (tried with the calculator).
Does anyone have a lead to troubleshoot this case? I have run out of ideas. Thank you in advance to those who will look into this topic!

Shame on me,
it was an access rights issue on the directory where the application is installed.
The remote user was not recognized on the server and did not have the right to access the resource.
Note for the future: keep a record of communication flows earlier
