Squealing on a landline connected to a Freebox

Hello,

for 15 days now, my phones (Versatis Duo) connected to my Freebox (ordinary) crackle, to the point of preventing me from making calls. That said, my landline with France Télécom works correctly. Is this due to the phone or the box?

    Hello,

    Have you tried physically unplugging the power cable of the Freebox and plugging it back in?

      Thank you, I reset the Freebox five times in a row and it works now.
