Windows ne démarre plus

Donc bonjour aujourd'hui j'ai allumé mon ordinateur Toshiba nb 510 et la gros problème.
Le Pc m'affiche:

Je ne sais pas quoi faire j'ai tenter une réinitialisation d'usine mais en vint. Je ne peut pas entrer dans le bois car comme c'est l'ordi du collège il y a un code qui le protège donc aidez moi pléiade c'est URGENT j'ai plein de truc à l'intérieur
