Hello!
To unsubscribe, go to the homepage https://www.justinfideles.fr/
scroll down to the bottom right of the page.
click on CGV in gray on a black background (.....)
see the link to article 8 or 9.
This site (just infideles) is really a nasty trick.
the principle of tacit renewal is the first trap, but the worst is the 48-hour discovery subscription (€2-3) that automatically leads to a subscription of €100 or thereabouts if you do nothing beforehand.
The worst part is that this site is trash. Few people registered, no last visit date, having to request an appointment to chat...etc
I even had some of my profile photos rejected (completely normal ones) with the reason ''happiness doesn't fall from the sky, you have to go get it''....has nothing to do with it.
they never responded to my written requests
I didn't even get a confirmation of my unsubscription...
I quote the Lord of the Rings, "flee, you foolish one" :-)
If I had time, I would go ruin them just as much as their process is dubious.
Good luck to those who got caught up in this!!

Hello!
In the terms of sale on the site, there's a paragraph about unsubscribing with a link.
You just need to follow it.

Good evening
I found sites like Gleeden to be much better.
How do you know that "it's very easy" to unsubscribe if you're super satisfied with the site???
Personally, a gray link on a black background in the terms of sale... I've seen better.
However, I agree with you, the tacit renewal is everywhere.
Have a good evening

Hi,
Being completely satisfied also means that the client's basic rights are respected, and we're not talking about a casual encounter here but only about forced sales because Justinfideles.com charges you €99 without you having requested anything in advance, except for a 48-hour trial that automatically leads to a VIP subscription of €99, and when you send them a message for a refund... No response! And if you look closely at their terms, they are only subject to the legal regulations of their country of origin: Luxembourg. It's like being with a Cypriot binary options broker, the same system, you put in some money and poof! You never see it again!

You must unsubscribe within the 48-hour trial period to avoid being automatically re-subscribed to their VIP subscription at €99.
Why so much hate? There is no customer service, I left 3 messages and no response, I've never received so much spam in my inbox, don't forget that your data is saved according to their terms... anyway.. I thank those who were able to give advice, I was fed up not knowing how to get out of this. Fortunately, I sensed the scam, you can't even access the options they offer you.
DP Sarl Paris still exists and when we complain to them they have an unassailable response: You subscribed with your credit card, you uploaded a photo, you took a trial subscription for 1.95 euros, you were obligated to read the terms and conditions before providing your card number...
this company manages a large number of websites, they are involved in advertising and filmography. They manage companies, among others, in Luxembourg hosted in Canada.
They told me that I would never get back what they took from me, that I was responsible for my credit card.
I complained to the Public Prosecutor, to the Fraud Prevention Agency, not for not reading the terms and conditions, but for the management and the unauthorized withdrawals of funds.
And also for misleading presentation.
These are people who take advantage of naivety.
Tomorrow, I will go to the Consumer Association "Que Choisir" to discuss this matter.
Best regards

A big thank you, after 3 months where they charged me 99 euros, I finally managed to cancel, thank you very much.
yes, a nice scam, after 48 hours (normally €1.95) the account is no longer accessible but you are still registered as a gold client (charged €99 by DP SARL Paris) which is a company that closed in 2015, the website host is Luxembourgish, and when you manage to cancel your subscription which you have still paid for 2 months, your profile is automatically deleted even if you have one and a half months left on your subscription...
and no matter how much you scream like an electrocuted skunk, they will promise to refund you and you'll be waiting a long time!
