Part of the PC that disconnects

Hello or Good evening,

I am reaching out to you because I have a small problem since last night. When I close my laptop or open it, there is an object inside the laptop that pushes the top part of the laptop (between the bottom and the top of the keyboard) like this:

Asus portable PC
Windows 8.1 OS
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
CPU: Intel core i-3 3217u 1.8GHz
ODD 3.0

    Hello,

    Has the PC fallen? Because in fact it is completely dislodged and separated from its chassis! It seems that this is putting stress on the rest of the components. I believe it should be taken to a repair shop to prevent the situation from worsening (unless it has just come unclipped).

      No, never. I think there’s something broken inside because underneath the PC there are 4 screws, one just below the problem area, and as soon as I screw it in, it doesn’t tighten; it keeps turning...

    Hello, with a clear photo it would be better.
    That way, I would say a misaligned frame shot. If that's the case, you need to try to put it back in place.
