Besoin d'aide : un cheval de troie s'est invité sur mon PC

Bonjour

J'ai désespérément besoin de conseils :
Depuis hier mon PC refuse d'aller sur internet, quelque soit le navigateur et ce malgré une bonne connexion. Quand j'essaye d'ouvrir une page, les navigateur m'indique que l'adresse est introuvable. Mon antivirus (AVG) ne démarre pas lui non plus.

J'ai pu, grâce a mon second PC et à une clé USB installer Malwarebytes Anti-Malware et le faire tourner. Quelques fichiers ont été supprimer et la situation n'a pas changer.

En démarrant en mode sans échec, j'ai réussi à faire tourner un scan AVG qui m'a trouvé un cheval de Troie style dropper (je n'ai malheureusement pas noter son nom complet). La menace semblait être écartée. j'ai redémarrer l'ordinateur, encore une fois en mode sans échec, et refait tourner une analyse. Cette fois ci, le rapport le dit que tout mes fichiers sont verrouillés (je sais bien que c'est normal pour certain, mais dans le cas présent même mon dossier de musique est verrouillé...)

Que faire ??!!

Si tu peux donner le rapport de scan, ce serait bien.

puis :

Suis ce tutoriel FRST: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
(et bien prendre le temps de lire afin d'appliquer correctement - tout y est expliqué).
Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
  • FRST.txt
  • Shortcut.txt
  • Additionnal.txt


Envoie, comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en retour donne les trois liens pjjoint qui mènent à ses rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaà®t, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur


puis réinitialise tes navigateurs:

Réinitialise tes navigateurs et ou manuellement reparamètre tes navigateurs WEB (page de démarrage, moteur de recherche etc) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites :
