LG Smart TV and Logitech Keyboard

Solved

The keyboard works very well on the computer, and when I use it on my LG smart TV, the keys function, but they don’t do what I want. For example, the 'w' produces 'z' and vice versa. I can’t type '@'. If you could explain this to me, please, I’m not very skilled with new technologies. Thank you.

Hello
To verify...
your keyboard must be considered as a QWERTY whereas it is an AZERTY
On a PC, you can easily switch from Azerty to Qwerty, but on a smart TV?
What are the references of this LG television

For PCs running Windows, the procedure is: https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/605-changer-un-clavier-qwerty-en-azerty-dans-windows/

Edit: Excerpt from an LG manual for smart TV (the guide installed on your television):
You can change the input language by pressing the language switch key (or the right Alt key) on your keyboard.
Vous pouvez changer la langue d'entrée en appuyant sur la touche de changement de langue (ou la touche Alt droite) de votre clavier .

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
