Hello,
After transferring videos from my PC to my iPad via iTunes, I notice that several of these videos have become "ithmp" files on my PC, making it impossible for me to open them. How can they be converted to "JPG"?

Good evening,
First of all, it's ithmb and not ithmp. Also, a video cannot be converted to .jpg (unless you meant photos).
Check here https://forums.cnetfrance.fr/iphone-ipad-et-autres-appareils-apple/213639-convertir-photos-ithmb, you need to download ithmbconv.zip and follow the small procedure at the end.
Or this https://www.ithmbconverter.com/fr/ but I think it's paid.
