Connect Astraa base with Gigaset DECT.

Hello,

We have acquired 4 Gigaset C620 DECT phones and we would like to connect them to an Aastra 5370 base that works with a switchboard.

Can you provide me with the procedure regarding the base?

    Hello

    The Aastra 5370 is not a DECT base.
    You cannot connect the Gigaset C620 to the 5370.

    Now, if you could explain exactly what you want to do...

      We currently have 4 Aastra 610d (DECT) that are no longer working, which is why we wanted to replace them with Gigaset...

        I'm not sure you can replace your phones with Gigaset.
        They need to be paired, and I think you have to register them in your communication system...
