Second hard drive for Acer Aspire 7750G

Hello,
I have had an Acer Aspire 7750G-2436G64Mnkk for 3 years now.
Following a failure of my hard drive, I wanted to replace it.
I thought that combining an SSD with an HDD would be interesting. So I opened the "cover" of my laptop and I thought I saw 2 hard drive slots.
I bought my two hard drives, but when I tried to install them, I realized that it is impossible to fit a hard drive into the second slot... Yet they are indeed 2.5".
I'm sending the photos attached, and I would like to know if anyone could enlighten me on the purpose of this second slot in my laptop.
And if someone eventually has a solution... lol

To install an SSD on your Acer 7750 G, you need to open the SSD case and detach the circuit
Then you place the circuit without the case in the PC and close the PC
A small block of foam to secure the SSD circuit

Hello,
I also had the project to add an SSD in addition to the HDD.
But for the 7750 G, you need to order the adapter for the SSD and a new back cover. +/- 80 € on Amazon !!!!!
I will look into only installing the SSD.
