There is no Bein Sport labeled satellite receiver available in France... what is available is a Fransat decoder with a Fransat card that can receive the rights for Bein Sports, or a Bein Sport card on Eutelsat 5wa or Hot-Bird... or even a BIS TV card with Bein Sports rights.

Another all-in-one solution is a CI+ TV with an integrated DVB-S2 tuner receiving a Fransat CAM module 1.3 Viaccess for a Fransat or Bein Sport card...

Finally, another possibility is a secure HD Viaccess decoder on H-B....
