Hello,

Within the company, we have an ALCATEL-LUCENT 4039 telephone network. The company that carried out the installation has gone bankrupt.

The problem is that one extension on the network does not ring.

Indeed, when the main phone is busy, all other extensions ring after 2 rings except for 1 (which never rings).

How can I fix this?

It's a configuration problem at the PABX level; check with the call group > cyclic grouping.

Each PBX has software that allows access to its interface; it is from there that you can configure it.
