With my ALCATEL Temporis 46 phone, when I am with a voice server (08 xxx), how do I press the requested keys (press 1 - press 2)? I must surely press a button first? Which one?

Salut, my Temporis 46 phone rings twice when I get a call, then it goes straight to voicemail. What setting do I need to adjust to extend the ringing time? Thanks, Lolo.
