Hello,
As a victim of life's accident, as they say, I registered on the site "French-Union".
Then, given the result, I canceled my registration. They acknowledge this.
However, they still charged me 69 Euros without my authorization.
On my profile, it states: automatic renewal: no.
How can I report this - defamatory term removed by moderation - and get my money back?
They told me that I should have canceled my registration on a payment page in addition to stopping it.
The - defamatory term removed by moderation - is confirmed by the play on the words "stop" and "cancel".
Obviously, the payment page is nowhere to be found. This reinforces the notion of - defamatory term removed by moderation -
