Completely inactive keyboard.

Solved

Hello, since a recent update of Windows, my laptop's built-in keyboard is completely unresponsive, as is the touchpad.
I checked the filter keys, tried a bunch of combinations, but nothing works.
Windows' troubleshooting indicates a driver issue but can’t resolve it.
I searched for a driver for the PS/2 PC/AT extended keyboard (101/102 keys), but it seems to be a generic name, and I can't find anything.
My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite, which I wouldn't recommend (numerous problems).
Thanks in advance to anyone who has an idea.

Hello

If you know when the update was made, the easiest thing is to check if you can revert to a restore point prior to the date of the problem.
If the restore point exists, it will solve your issue.

Best regards
