Hello,
I have a friend who owns an HP laptop with Windows 8, and after restarting his computer, he received a "Preparing Automatic Repair" message, followed by a black screen, then the same message again, and so on continuously.
So I wanted to know if there was a method to reset his computer from the BIOS.
My friend doesn't have a recovery CD.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 43.0.2357.81

Good evening!
Spam F10 at startup of the computer, then follow the instructions to reset the PC to factory settings ;-)
Be careful, Windows 8 systems boot up very quickly (0.2 seconds I think), you really have to spam (press very fast) very quickly!
After that, you just let it run, it should take 1 or 2 hours.
His PC will be as good as new, but he will have lost everything.
Have a good evening!

The 3 biggest lies of a developer: 1. The documentation? We'll do it later... 2. The program has been tested and has no bugs... 3. The technical specifications are coming...
