I must admit that I wasn't attentive enough at the beginning.
If I had been, I would never have ordered and I would have saved time and money!
But here I am, I ordered 3 tablets at the beginning of January.
Received a little over 2 weeks later.
No customs or VAT fees, well, that's normal given what they declare on the customs declaration... Anyway, that's another issue!
2 are working very well. The third one (CHUWI V17HD) seems to work, but... It's impossible to validate a Google account. For an Android tablet, that's quite unfortunate!
Email to customer service. Exchange of messages (largely standardized, I almost thought I was dealing with a robot!)
Troubleshooting, factory reset... Nothing works.
Return to Germany.
2 weeks later, no news, I contact customer service who says they haven't received it. Oh but in the end, I didn't send it to the right address!
Well, I sent it to the address they gave me, but it's not the right address! Anyway.
So now I have to have my package sent back to France, and then resend it to another address, in the same city, in Germany!
My problem is that I always want to give people a chance, I don’t seek conflict right away. I should have... Anyway!
My tablet comes back. Miracle! We can enter a Google account!
Alright. Off to the Google Store... Well, we can’t download anything, can't update anything. It starts the loop but never connects...
Exchange with customer service. Description of the problem, reference numbers, IMEI, product numbers... and videos documenting the problem...
Well... Let's go...
I send all that. A week later, they send me troubleshooting steps.
You have to expect that it doesn't work!
So email to customer service... And there, it's mind-blowing...

I tried to explain to them that the problem was the SAME, that their "solution" had CHANGED NOTHING, but it's the procedure. Every time they respond, I have to do everything again, resend with a DIFFERENT VIDEO! Otherwise, they won't take care of it!
It's bordering on a scam...
In the end, I have to send it back to China!
Oh yes, by the way, all this at my expense!
I prepare my little package... Anyway, no choice...
In the end, it cost me as much in shipping fees for customer service as the tablet...
So I decided to contact PayPal.
Big scam too!
It's May 23rd. My purchase dates back to January 5th... My representative explains to me that it’s too bad... But before January 29th, the claim period was 45 days... Now it's 180 days! He asks me to wait, steps away for 5 minutes, and comes back telling me he will sort it out, my case will still go into dispute. Exceptionally!
Result this morning: email from PayPal: We have contacted the seller and the explanations he gave us mean that we rule against you! The dispute is closed!
I’m happy to use PayPal. As a customer, they couldn't care less about you!
And when I tell this to the person I have on the line to ask for details (which I’m not entitled to!), she responds that I can pay by another means if I feel like it!
I believe that overall, customers are simply treated like fools, and we just have to get screwed and keep our mouths shut, and that’s it! Huge!

After ordering 2 phones received less than 7 days after the order, I am not at all disappointed with this site; on the contrary, I just ordered a tablet. Serious OK, speed OK, price OK.
Hello, having already ordered from them, I wouldn't say there's a scam, but rather a communication error.
In my case, I encountered 2 problems with several orders.
Once, the tablet received wasn't the one I ordered, => as a result, they sent me another tablet and I returned the tablet to the address they indicated (I didn't even have to send it abroad because we found a solution with another customer in France who wanted this tablet). PS I don't remember if I paid the shipping fees or not.
The other problem was DHL opening the package and removing part of the contents; after sending photos with the DHL tape, they sent me the missing items.
Conclusion: either their service has changed since the last time I ordered, or there was a communication or courtesy issue.
