My Pioneer car radio displays "NO SERVICE"

Hello everyone,
I've been having a little issue with my Pioneer car radio for 2 weeks. When I want to connect it to my phone (a Samsung Galaxy S II) via Bluetooth, the radio detects the phone but shows "NO SERVICE", so I can't play any music. Even when I connect my phone with a USB cable, it doesn’t work.
But strangely, when I do it with my iPhone, it works perfectly, even with my cable.
So if anyone has a solution to my problem, please let me know :)
