Are CESI courses recognized abroad?

Hello,
I would like to know if the training programs offered by CESI are recognized abroad (notably in Switzerland) and in France. Basically, I want to know if this training is "valid" in Switzerland or if it’s worthless. I would like to pursue the QSE Manager training at CESI in Strasbourg (thus obtaining a bac +4 level, level II).
To be clear, it’s not really a diploma that I will have on my CV but rather a training certificate. Is that correct?

Thank you for clarifying these points for me, as your answers will be essential in my decision-making.

    Hello,
"CESI entreprises has 23 titles of level I (equivalent to a master's degree), level II (equivalent to a bachelor's degree +4) and level III (equivalent to a bachelor's degree +2), listed in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP)." http://www.cesi-entreprises.fr/formations-nos-formations-diplomantes.asp
Yes, it is recognized in France and yes it is a diploma; internationally as well, apparently, given the group's partnerships with foreign universities:

      Hello unkown44,

Thank you for your response. Indeed, this QSE Manager training is listed in the RNCP, I checked. However, regarding partnerships, I believe they are partnerships established for foreign students wishing to come to study at CESI. So if I understand correctly, it has nothing to do with the recognition of the degree, and in any case, Switzerland does not appear on the list.

Exchanges are not one-sided, and it's implicit: if a state university welcomes foreign students, it's because their degree is recognized. The CESI degree is therefore recognized worldwide, and I don't think our Swiss friends are an exception, especially since they generally recognize European degrees.
