Remove viewed cities on Airbnb

Hello,
can someone tell me how to make it so that the cities I searched on the Airbnb website do not show up when I return to the site? Indeed, I want to surprise my wife and I wouldn’t want her to see the potentially selected cities. Thank you.

Hi,

Clear your entire history, cache, cookies, form entries...
Basically, check everything. Otherwise, open the browser in private mode ;)

Well, I know the site, but I'm not a member. Could it be related to that?
Log out and visit as a non-member. It's still surprising, though; if you say you've cleared everything, you should be logged out.

What if you visit in private browsing mode?

So I tried as a non-logged in user:

I typed Los Angeles.
I cleared everything and tried again and yes, indeed Los Angeles still appears.
However, in private browsing, nothing.
