How to transfer my neuf.fr emails to Free?

Hello,
My only email address that I use everywhere and that everyone in my circle has is xx.xx@neuf.fr
I want to keep it even though I switched from SFR to Free 5 months ago. I can't receive or send emails on my iPhone 4S while it worked perfectly when I was with SFR. None of the technical assistants can help me. At Free, they say it's because I have an SFR address, and at SFR, they say it's because I'm a Free customer!!! I can receive my incoming and outgoing emails just fine on my MacBook Pro using the Entourage email management software (the equivalent of Outlook on a Mac). I've been pulling my hair out for 5 months! SFR and Free are driving me crazy!! I'm willing to create a Free address that no one will have and to which I could redirect all my @neuf.fr emails, but that doesn't work. I don't want to have to give a new Free email address to all my contacts instead of my Neuf email address that everyone has known for 15 years; I will certainly forget some people and lose emails in the void (public administrations, former contacts, clients, friends, subscriptions ...). Thank you for helping me, I'm at my wit's end!!!! Thanks in advance. V.

    Hello,
You have no other choice but to create another email address, since your internet service provider is no longer SFR.
---> To avoid being dependent on your provider, use a Gmail, Outlook, laposte.net or another address instead of a Free address.
You will, of course, need to inform all your contacts of your new address.
You actually have every interest in hurrying, as 6 months after cancellation, SFR no longer provides access to the mail.

If your issue is resolved, please let us know, it could help others.

Thank you very much for your response, it's kind of you to take the time for me. But how do I inform ALL my contacts of my email address change? I'm not talking about friends, family, etc., but all the places where one gives their email address (administration, various companies where we make purchases, all the websites used, etc.). It's impossible to remember everything or think of everything. I'm afraid of missing important emails. SFR keeps the email address for more than 6 months only if the email address is used regularly. That's my case. I only have this address in my daily life. I remember setting up email forwarding for my mother from Alice to Orange when she changed providers. She has several other addresses, and everything now arrives in her Orange inbox. Why doesn't it work for me? Can't we do that with Gmail? How should I go about it? I'm at my wit's end trying everything and getting rejected by Free and not SFR. Thank you for your help.

I have exactly the same problem and I haven't found the answer. It seems that on the FREE messaging service (Zimbra now) there is no such option!

    Re...
In your Gmail inbox, select "Settings" under the gear icon in the top right corner.
In the window that opens, click on the "Accounts and Import" tab.
In the second paragraph, click on the link "Import mail and contacts" and fill out the form that opens by entering your SFR address, then continue with the procedure.

You will thus retrieve emails and address book.
Then you just need to use the latter to send an information email to everyone in BCC.

As for organizations, administrations, and others, open your online accounts and change the contact addresses in the profiles.

If your problem is resolved, please indicate it, as it may help others.

As for your comparison, the service provider "Alice" was simple to redirect because it was taken over by Orange...
Whereas SFR and FREE (which outsources to Orange) are two distinct service providers.

False, Alice has been taken over by Free.
