How to retrieve recorded movies from a set-top box

Hello

I recorded movies on the hard drive of my Bbox Sensation and I would like to recover them on a PC or an external hard drive.

Is it possible?

Hello,
Just go to your computer, to the network section, then Bbox, and copy and paste the movies onto your computer.

I tried this approach but no videos appear even though there are more than 50
Is there a link with some settings on the computer?

With pleasure,
but look in your bbox for the file where your movies are saved, and try to find that or those files from your computer.
