Lenteur extrême internet... parfois!

Bonjour,

Par exemple:

* vendredi 29 juin, impossible d' accéder à internet, sur la plupart des sites, les pages qui apparaissent quand même se chargent infiniment lentement.
- spybot bloqué car mise à jour automatique au démarrage (commence la mise à jour puis charge indéfiniment... sans progresser, comme les pages web inaccessibles.
- UC très peu actif, Firefox seul, Processus inactif 98% en moyenne pendant ces chargements infinis.
- divers essais, reboot... ne semblent avoir aucune influence.

- courielleur charge les messages reçus à vitesse normale!!?

* mais samedi 30 juin problème disparu!
Ce comportement se reproduit de temps en temps, je n' arrive pas à le relier à un évènement particulier:

* samedi vers 22h retour du problème pendant 1 heure, retour à la normale.

A part supprimer la MAJ auto de Spybot, que je fais manuellement, je n' ai rien su améliorer.

Que peut- il se passer dans un cas pareil? Comment trouver l' origine?

win xp pro, firefox, Thunderbird.
Configuration: Windows XP pro
Firefox 2.0.0.4

    Fais les tests d'usage : tu as déjà fait spybot, complete avec un Ad-aware et un Bitdefender (en ligne). Puis fais un scan Hijackthis et poste le log ici.

    Tu es en Wifi ? tu as un Firewall ?

    J' ai bien livebox et clé wifi, et firewall, et avast .
    Je note ta réponse, mais je suis débutant, ça peut me demander du temps et de la patience. De toute façon pas ce soir.

    Ton réseau est-il protégé ? sinon j'aurai tendance à dire que tu te fais pirater ta ligne de temps en temps, ce qui expliquerait le côté aléatoire..

    Arf.. c'est possible aussi.. Merci Naruto. Ici on voit tellement de virus, spy, bugs, erreurs etc.. que des fois on oublie les raisons les plus simples ;-)

    Bonjour, merci de l' info Naruto.
    J' ai aussi un problème avec la tv, le son et l' image se sont dégradés , là j' ai contacté le site d' orange qui s' est bloqué en cours de route. Il y a un rapport.
    pour cette fois j' ai du débrancher livebox et décodeur télé pour les réinitialiser, c' est rentré dans l' ordre.
    Quand même pas normal d' avoir a faire ça , mais du coup je saurai quoi essayer la prochaine fois que les sites se bloquent , sur l' ordi aussi c' est rentré dans l' ordre.
    Il va quand même falloir que je me remette sur ad- aware, la 1ère fois j'avais abandonné en route.

    Vi. Fais-le au moins une fois par semaine : Ad-aware, Spybot, et un petit coup de CCleaner de temps en temps.

    Re bonjour

    Vers midi, ccm est resté inaccessible pendant 1 h environ, mais lui seul, alors j' ai pensé à un entretien du site?.

    toujours pas très doué.bon:

    j' ai fait un peu de ménage dans firefox: cookies, historique des téléchargements, l' historique manuellement pour pas tout supprimer, et le cache.
    pareil pour ie que je n' utilise pas, on sait jamais.
    j' ai nettoyé avec spybot (même si je n' ai pas compris ce que j' effaçais, des setup.exe dans le dossier Téléchargement)
    j' ai réussi a passer ccleaner, ( pour la 1ère fois, pourtant j' essaie depuis un moment)

    J' ai fini par désinstaller ad-avare, le réinstaller, je n' arrive pas a l' avoir en français, mais j' ai quand même fini par faire un scan, j' ai choisi full scan quelque chose au hazard, et j' ai trouvé un listing...tout en anglais comme le reste que j' ai réussi a mettre dans le copier-coller (pas l' impression qu' il trouve quelque chose, mais je ne comprend pas tout) :

    Ton PC est clean. Juste, il serait bien d'avoir un Pare-feu..

    Bonjour et merci,

    Effectivement, depuis Firefox, je n'ai toujours pas réussi a télécharger bitdefender,je bute toujours sur une alerte 550: apparemment un problème de répertoire qui ne convient pas, mais je dois faire une erreur de manipulation. Finalement je vais essayer depuis ie puisqu' il va faire son scan sous ie.

    Je n' ai pas encore osé modifier le pare-feu (pour l' instant c' est celui de windows), l' ordi a été "équipé" et réglé par quelqu' un qui semble bien connaitre l' informatique mais c' est cher si je dois faire appel a lui.
    Alors j' apprends pas a pas.( J' ai vu que Kerio est conseillé avec avast).

    Les boucliers d' Avast résident4-7-1001 ( Peer2Peer,Web,réseau,standard,courrier électronique,messagerie) ne jouent pas du tout le même rôle de protection?

    Alors. Il ne faut pas télécharger Bitdefender, mais scanner avec l'antivirus en ligne.

    pour ce qui est du bouclier avast, renseigne toi pour savoir s'il est considéré comme un firewall. dans ce cas il est conseillé de désactiver celui de Windows.

    Bonjour

    Pour l' instant, je n' ai trouvé aucune explication sur ces boucliers, on dit partout sur Avast en général qu' il faut lui associer un firewall.

    Je commence un peu a m' habituer a firefox, ie ça va être long je sens.(Bit en ligne toujours pas)

    Voilà le texte d' une de ces alertes.Je ne comprends pas ce qu' elle signifie.Le nom du programme varie selon ce que je télécharge, bien sur:(Tentative de téléchargement Kerio sous firefox)

    Alerte 550 Can't change directory to / download / sunbelt-personal-firewall.exe: Not a directory

    Par contre sur la page de téléchargement, sur le serveur "ftp", j' obtiens une "page non trouvée"(pour plusieurs logiciels aussi)

    Finalement le serveur "HTML" plutôt déconseillé m' a permis d' obtenir un Kerio 4.2 ancienne version( à ne pas mettre à jour) , j' angoisse un peu sur les réglages( tuto boulepate62 conseils pour débutants), mais on va pas désespérer...

    "Ad blocked here by KPF." : Y en a partout sur CCM, (mais je sais les enlever).

    Bonjour,

    J' ai encore eu un blocage de firefox, mais au moins cette fois je suis directement allé réinitialiser la box.
    je continue a paramétrer Kerio
    J'ai enfin pu accéder au site de Bitdefender, Scan en ligne propre, mais pour vous remercier de m' avoir appris tout ça je vais jusqu'au bout et je le poste. Encore merci.
