However, I do not have a hotmail account. I know someone who has a hotmail account that starts with "an" though.
Is this hacking? And what should I do?
Thank you in advance

Well, after 2 days, I wanted to double-check the recent activities and unfortunately, when I asked for the security code, Microsoft told me "we cannot send you the code right now" (it's been 2 days that it's going on). So, it's impossible to access the account settings, change the password, etc. I contacted Microsoft, but what a hassle to get in touch with them. I'm waiting for their response, but I'm not sure I'll succeed and I'm starting to lose patience with this crappy messaging service.
