Hello everyone, I hope you can help me. Yesterday I tried to restore my laptop as I usually do because it was lagging.
However, it displayed this error code F3-F200-0002.
No matter what I do, the computer shuts down because I have to click OK.
My laptop is a Toshiba from 2012-2013 given by the school (OrdiLib).
Do you have the answer to my problem?

I don't know anything about computers; I just know how to insert the CD and follow the instructions. It used to work, and yesterday I got this error code. I already followed the link you provided, and here's the error code. I'll try again to see.

Clearly indicates the path for a corrupt factory reset (from Toshiba and not Microsoft Windows).
What version of Windows do you have on this laptop?
I have Windows 7.
