Here it is, I've had my new Wiko Darkfull for about 2 months (because otherwise, it's been a year, but I've had so many problems with it), and for the past few days, it's been showing me the message "your battery is overheating, please remove it" with below the choices "Disable" and "Later," I believe. Anyway, I always click on disable, since I don't see where there is a battery and I think that's what I need to do. But since today, it's having trouble charging, and I don't know what to do. Thank you in advance for your help!

'Hi there, maybe a rogue app...
Is it a normal notification, or a dialog that appears over what you're doing?
If it's a notification, press and hold it to get a menu that lets you see which app is displaying this notification, and uninstall it if necessary.
EDIT: ah, clearly you're not the only one. Is the phone actually hot? Are there resource-hungry apps running, is GPS activated, anything else?

No applications are open and yet my phone is overheating, the screen sometimes goes "black" and is totally unresponsive!!!
I even have to remove my SIM card to end a phone call!!!!!!!
Does anyone have an explanation or advice? (my next solution being to take it back to the store, of course...)
Thanks everyone
