Unable to install an application (Parse error)

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy ACE and I recently had to reset my smartphone. However, when I try to reinstall the apps, I can't.
After downloading them normally, I go to the files to install (using the Installer or Google, neither works), it says: Parsing error - There was a problem parsing the package.

How can I install it?

Thank you in advance to everyone!

    Good evening,

Have you checked if your apps are compatible with your version of Android?!
Do you have the same problem from your Playstore?

Personally, I have the same problem; it's just that the application I downloaded from Google is why I can't read the application's terms.
My application is "anime slayer" and I have a Galaxy Ace.
I would be really happy if you could help me, thank you.

I have the same problem with updates on Aptoide, it says "unable to parse...
." However, there are no issues on Play Store, the apps I need to update are Snapchat and Viber but it's impossible (I can't do it on Play Store because the apps are not available in my country). I've never had a problem before, can someone please help me?
I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and my version is 6.0.1.
