Non-receipt of certain NILSAT frequencies

Hello everyone,
I had a 120 cm satellite dish installed last November to receive Arabic channels from the NILESAT satellite. I had good reception for a few weeks, but then some frequencies were no longer received despite several interventions from the installer (adjustments, changing the LNB, and even the dish!). Nothing worked!!
Currently, I can no longer pick up the frequencies 11900 and 11919 (Majd, Dream1, Kuwait, TV5, Mazika, Iraqia, CBC+2, Baghdad TV, etc.), 11938 (MBC 1, 2, 3, 4, Action, Drama, Bollywood, MAX, etc.) and finally 12207 (BBC Arabic, Al Hayat, France 24, Qatar 1, etc...).
I thank anyone who can provide me with some explanations regarding this reception issue, or even a solution to resolve it.
Have any others encountered the same problem with NILESAT?

At position 7/8°W Nilesat and Eutelsat, changes in offers and parameters are frequent... knowing that their reception in France can be unpredictable.

I thank Gil for his response. This is what the installer told me. However, I would have liked to know more about this random reception and also exchange with people who are experiencing (or have experienced) the same problem to find out if they noticed the lack of reception of these frequencies at the same time as me. Moreover, what somewhat surprises me is the fact that TV5 and FRANCE 24 (which are still broadcasting) are included in this issue. - Let's call it as it is, we are here on an excellent forum, but it's rather general public, not too technical, but as soon as the discussions become too sharp, complex and lengthy, I think it's best to consult very specialized forums in satellite TV reception where the level and content are often intended for experts or informed individuals. I suggest 3 good dedicated sites, Satmag, Zone HD or Satelliweb which have dealt with the reception of Nilesat / Eutelsat 7 with user experience feedback... These sites are often moderated by technicians or radio amateurs, etc...
