Shader Pour PC Peu Puissant??

Bonjour,
je cherche un shader ou du moin une solution a mon probleme...Voila alors,j'ai installer le mod shader puis j'ai mit mes shader dans mon dossier (la base x) )mais quand je met le shader mon minecraft CRash !!! Je ne sais pas d'ou vien le probleme ;-; Aide? (Si vous avez un shader a me proposer !? :p) voici ce que ca me marque quand mon jeu crash :
