Hello,
I am using Agipa A5 labels selected in Word. Everything looks perfect on the screen, but when I print, all the columns are misaligned. After messing up the first sheet, I have to manually adjust everything: column 1 = ok, column 2 = 1 space, column 3 = 2 spaces, column 4 = 3 to 4 spaces, and this on each line of my labels. It takes me about an hour to align and print a sheet of 12, but now I need to increase the output and I’m struggling. Could you tell me whether this issue comes from the labels, the printer, or something else? I don’t know anymore. I’ve searched forums and couldn’t find anything.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 41.0.2272.101

Hello,
Older printers have a technical margin of a few millimeters on all sides, which can distort the positioning of cell content, especially if your labels are from a merge.
If your printer is relatively recent, check its properties at the time of printing for an option called "Borderless Printing" (or equivalent) and enable it.
If you don't have this option, you can customize the label format by adding a few millimeters in the settings.
P.S.: Before wasting your label sheets, in the case of a merge, print to a new document and test a random page on regular paper. Overlay your paper with a label sheet to check the alignment.
