Hello, I couldn't find my problem on the forum; I plug my PC in with my power cable and the battery is in, but it seems that my PC does not recognize the cable. When I unplug and replug my cable, the battery charges for 3 minutes and then nothing more. But when I turn off my PC and leave the cable and battery in, it charges without any problem. I don't know if you understand. Help! :) Thanks

    Hello
The charger adapter cable may be damaged, (Wires)
But your battery may also be at the end of its life.
And you should leave the battery in your laptop and not remove it.
Because some laptops do not work without the battery.

My cable is new but the battery is not, so even if there is a problem with the battery, my laptop should work, but it doesn't..

Without a doubt, she has lost autonomy, but she should work with the cable plugged in.
