My computer doesn’t recognize my e-reader at all for file transfers, but it charges just fine when I plug it in. Do you have a solution?

    do you have the brand and model of the e-reader, please?

    is it possible that there is a USB charging only mode like on a phone?

    if that’s the case, you’ll need to change the settings on the e-reader to put it in file transfer mode.
