Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to set up an automatic reply on a recurring basis.
To give a more concrete example, I have a colleague who is absent every Friday. Currently, he has to remember every Thursday evening to set an automatic reply on his email to ask people to forward the message to me if the request is urgent.
However, to simplify his life and avoid forgetfulness, I am wondering if there is a way to create a system where the automatic reply activates automatically every Friday?
I looked in the "Rules" section below the text area for automatic replies, but I can't find what I'm looking for.
For your information, we are working with Outlook 2010 in English (which doesn't help me to find it).
Thank you in advance for your help.

A simple "It's impossible" would suffice. I just want clarity.
Thank you in advance.
It is possible by creating a rule for incoming messages. The only downside is that Outlook must be open for the rules to run.
