Hello.
An adorable little girl tried to guess my visual secret code on my Samsung Galaxy 551. I didn't know there was a limited number of attempts.... I can no longer access my functions! I need to provide my Google username. Since I only created it to download an app, I never use it and... I don't remember it!!! How can I bypass this action?
Help!

Resetting the phone is the only way to bypass it.
Otherwise, you should still be able to find ways to recover a Google account, do a little research.

Good evening to all the panicked people who can't regain access to their mobile due to a wrong action on the lock code... (number of attempts exceeded)
I tried all the methods I read to unlock mine, nothing worked!!! Not the username with the "null" password, not calling myself with another phone, nor creating another Google account...
In fact, the phone has a memory! It requires the email address created at the time of initialization. When you forget it, because you don't use it, it's a hassle!
So (after almost losing my mind :-/) I waited for my daughter to come home, and we tried all the addresses and passwords previously used... Nothing worked! Then she had an idea (thank you, teenagers): when creating the username, Google asks for a recovery email address, the one you use the most often. If, like me, you keep the registration messages from a website, you can open the one where Google confirms that your email address is registered, and there, the miracle happens, your username appears, and you just have to change your password....
Yay!!! My Samsung Galaxy 551 talks to me again.
Thanks anyway for all your suggestions.
