Hello,
Recently and for no reason, my Logitech G19 keyboard has its screen flashing with "Logitech" displayed and there's no backlighting anymore.
The keyboard works (the keys), so it is recognized by my PC but not by the Logitech assistant (which was used to manage its functions). I have the latest version of the drivers, I have uninstalled and reinstalled but as soon as I plug in the keyboard, there's no new installation, and the same problem persists (as if I had never uninstalled the drivers).
Any solution?
Thanks.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 41.0.2272.89

Hello, I've had the same problem with this keyboard. I encountered it several times and each time I unplugged and then replugged the power and USB afterwards.
Anyway, the real problem is an issue between two cables that are touching. One is for the LCD and the other is for the power supply. I disassembled my keyboard, then I wrapped a piece of tape around the power cable that was touching the LCD one due to lack of insulation, and since then there have been no issues.
Here’s a video showing the two cables in question https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3I2uxYNaJs
Don't unscrew the LCD screen; it doesn't help.

I also have a Logitech G19 keyboard, and it had the following problems: LCD screen that restarts, backlighting not working, keyboard not detected by the Logitech software.
After trying various tutorials on the internet (isolating the wire grounds, extending the cable length, etc.), none of the solutions worked for me. Then I found the solution:
The power adapter was worn out!!
Measured with a multimeter, it only output a voltage of 3V instead of the required 5V.
Fortunately, I found a compatible adapter at home (same voltage of 5V, same connector), and even though it only delivers 1A instead of the 2.4A from the original adapter, it is enough to power the keyboard correctly.

Hi everyone, so to keep it simple, I typed it on my desktop twice and since then it's been working perfectly again. There you go.
Hello,
I’d like to add a few pieces of information if it can help:
- The keyboard worked well on my old PC, then all of a sudden the problem occurred.
- I changed PCs in the meantime, so I reinstalled everything: the problem persists, which doesn't bode well if it's a hardware issue ^^'.
I'm not risking unplugging everything as long as it still has its basic function: typing =).
Thank you and have a great day everyone!!

When I saw your comment I didn't really believe it, but I thought, why not give it a try, and indeed the souls of the two cables were touching.
A bit of tape and everything works like before! :)
