SoundVision SoundTower40 Speaker Issue: It Shuts Down.

Hello, I have a problem with my SV speaker, it turns off after about 10 minutes I think. I don't have the manual and I don't know how to fix this issue.

        There must be a programmed standby mode, but I couldn't find any documentation on the official site.

        Is the purchase recent, or at least is it still under warranty?
        If so, head to customer service without delay.
