Hello,
I can no longer connect to the Google Play Store. It crashed while I was writing a review on an app, showing me the message << sudden closure of the Google Play Store app (from the process com.android.vending) >>.
Since then, when I open Google Play, it gives me << Server error >>, and once every two times it crashes again with the same message as before.
I cleared the cache and data of the Google apps (Google Play Store, Google Play Services, Google Services Framework), I tried uninstalling them, but the problem persists. I even did a Wipe cache in Recovery mode.
I also looked in the application manager in the Download app: I saw in some forums discussing this problem that I should click "enable" in the Download app, but it was already enabled. Force stopping it does not solve the problem either.
Do you have a solution other than a factory reset?
For your information, I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830, with a Cyanogenmod-7.2-RC3-Apocalypse ROM.

However, forcing the stop of Google Play and restarting the phone did not work; I still encounter the same error.
I haven't made a recent backup of my phone before the bug; the last one I made was when I changed the ROM about two years ago. If I could avoid restoring it to not lose all my app settings, that would be great.
