I have a new file on my computer, it is located in a folder created out of nowhere by I don't know which program, it is in Programs Files in a folder named Bonjour. It is a .dll named: mdnsNSP.dll.

Is it clever? Dangerous?

I cannot delete it, is it necessary?

Can a dll be decompiled?
