Free wifi secure and Galaxy Tab 4 tablet

Hello,
As a Free customer, I would like to connect my tablet to Free Wi-Fi wherever I am, so outside my home.
But how can I do that?
I can see in my Wi-Fi network searches, Free Wi-Fi and Free Wi-Fi Secure, but I'm unable to connect to them.

    Hello,

    To connect while you are away from home, you need to connect to a "free wifi" network with your username and a password that you have predefined.
