Hello everyone,
thank you for giving me the opportunity to ask my question because I have a problem that bothers me.
I am using a Samsung S3 and I have connected to our Wi-Fi network but the lock icon persists and it's impossible for me to launch a web pass. The Wi-Fi icon shows that I am connected, but it doesn’t work.

Are you sure you entered the correct WEP/WAP password for your box? Then, for some boxes, a reset may be required for this to be taken into account. Next time, which box is it?

Hello, I have a problem with the Smart TV. I can't connect to the internet and enter the Wi-Fi code. There's a lock icon, I reset it but the lock is still on the network and it's blocking everything. I can't enter the Wi-Fi code and the kids are going crazy; they can't watch Netflix, etc. What should I do, my friends!
