Hello
I would like to reset my computer to factory settings. I have been searching for a while (F10 on startup, etc.) and nothing I've tried has worked. I no longer have the installation CDs and I would like to know if there is a simple way to completely reset my PC. It would help me a lot.
Thank you in advance! :)

Hello,
have you tried the F11 key right at startup?
best regards

Right-click on Computer - Manage - Disk Management and take a screenshot that you put here in your response.
Thank you

Indeed, no factory restore partition.
Was this PC originally running Windows 7? Has it been reinstalled?

Yes, it was under Windows 7 and has already been reinstalled.

reinstalled with what medium? a cd? I doubt it would be via the factory restore partition...

Do you have the label with the Windows license attached to the PC?
And what is your version of Windows 7?

I don't know how it was reinstalled, premium family edition, and I can't find a Windows license label, what does it look like?

you only have this solution left:
download the version of windows 7 that corresponds to your license, burn it to iso, and then boot from the iso dvd that you will have created to start the windows installation.
