Hello everyone,
I have a printer connected to a SYNOLOGY NAS, and when I try to connect to it, I get the following message: "Windows cannot connect to the printer; the print processor does not exist." What should I do?
THANK YOU

Hello,
I checked my settings on my Synology NAS, the printer is indeed available as "NETWORK MFP AVAILABLE". So I followed your link through Synology Assistant, I added the printer which showed "connecting", but nothing happened. I tried through the Windows Explorer by going through the network, my Synology NAS is mentioned and all folders are present, particularly the "usbprinter 1" file, and when I try to connect it says "Windows cannot connect to the printer, the print processor does not exist". So I haven't resolved my issue. Any other solutions?
Thank you.
